Dirty Ugly Toy is a novel that blurs the lines of right and wrong, deals with abuse, contains dubious consent, and adult subject matter. If you are sensitive to violent sexual situations, the book may not be suitable for you. Some parts of this book are not easy to read and are not intended for everyone. However, those that keep an open mind and stick with it will not be disappointed.

My review:

 

I am a dark genre junkie. For sure this book is dark! That's a star. I love that it was well written. That's another star. I love that it captured me from the very beginning. That's another star. The sex scenes? It was hot, hot, hot! That's another star. I loved that Braxton was such a mystery. Another star!

 

I do have 1 thing that I did not like and that was that it was the same tone chapter after chapter. I felt that it could've been written on 1 POV if that makes sense. I needed the author to talk more manly.

 

But overall this book was amazing!

I thought this book was very good. I didn't expect it to go that way. I thought I knew where it was going but it took me by surprise. I give it a 4 star.

Wow,Wow,Wow... I cried, and I have never really cried reading books. There's a difference when you get teary but I cried. I felt the characters emotions from the start it was one that just grabbed me in my chest and made my heart just ache.

....I was emotionally invested and totally hooked from page one. This book had me crying with tears of sadness, joy and laughter. It was wonderful from start to finish, the characters were strong and loving. Harley is awesome....love her. This book is fantastic if anyone is wondering will I enjoy this book....please let me tell you, YOU WILL....don't wonder any longer make sure you read it.

For Adriano Book 3 by Soraya Naomi

I read the whole series and if you haven't then get on it! 4 stars!

This little beauty kept me up most of the night just so I could finish reading it. Then I'd drift off to sleep and be in the Adriano dreamland that was hot hot hot. It's an odd juxtaposition to want to stay in your dreamland because it's so sexy, but then also want to wake up to finish the dang book, which was also sexy! I love when a book sticks with me like that.

First of all, the cover itself is enough of a reason to pick up this book. It's sexy as hell but beautiful enough to be respected. I thought it was well written and detailed to the mafia world. A fast pace thriller for me. Loved every minute of it.

Oh my goodness, I can't even decide where to begin with this amazing book by Shanora Williams.

 I was hooked from the beginning. The characters are well created and the story is heart gripping.

Plussss the awesomeness of Ace's super hot sex scenes !warning!

Ace and London are sexy and beautiful. I loved that Ace had a mysterious soft side that no one really truly knew about. It made our hero that much more intriguing and beautiful in my eyes. London wasn't one to be pushed around either. Our heroine was a bit n the younger side but yet she was strong.

It made me tear up twice but overall it flowed and the plot was very good.
OMG AND THE ENDING?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It had me like wtf!!!!!

Shattered by Nicole Banks

 

This is the first book I have read by Nicole Banks, and if it's any indication of what I can expect in her other books, then I have found a new author to stalk. This book pulled me in and it refused to be put down. I finished it in less than 24 hours. I loved Angel and all the characters in the book. Loved it and where is book 2? I need it!

Lost Until You by J.R. Grant

 

 

 

 

This is an incredible story that keeps you pulled deep into the lives and emotions of the characters from start to finish. I haven't ever read any of this author's work before, but I enjoyed this one so much that I immediately went and bought "Shattered Promises' to read! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great read.

and the most important part was OMG WHAT A TWIST!!!!!!!!!! cant wait for more. great job!

Black Lies by Alessandra Torre

This book started slow for me and I didn't understand what was going on at first. I felt not connected to the story and I was mad about it. I stuck with it and I hoped  that it was going to suck me in but it didn't. I actually went back and re started to read maybe it was just me and I wasn't focusing. I am glad I did.

I started to get it and I continued to read it. It was nicely written and I give it 4 stars. I sound plain on this reviews but ONCE YOU GET TO THE END IT IS A TWIST THAT WILL LEAVE YOUR MIND CRAZY!

Wow! What an amazing ride. What a suspense and a thriller of a shocking ending. I absolutely loved this story. It was dark and twisted just how I like them. Importantly it was well written and I pictured everything effortlessly in my head like it was playing like a movie. I give this 5 full stars. I am glad I read this. If you do not like dark stories this is not for you. Ker Dukey you are awesome!

Shhh Mack's Side by Jettie Woodruff

I knew I was going to like this book before I even read it. I fell in love with a twisted story few months ago written by Jettie Woodruff so I knew that I was going to love this one. I always had a close family member with this illness that was talked about in this story. I never understood it but this book helped me see things clearer. I wish I would have been more compassionate before this book but I definitly will be more understanding now. I understand the illness better now, thank you Jettie Woodruff (you are awesome)

The story was well written and I pictured the scenes like if I was watching it on tv. I felt twisted myself too, I felt every emotion the characters were going through. I loved it and I know you will too.

I thought it was a good book. The story was good. Author did a great job in the writing although it was a bit long winded, it just felt like I was never going to finish it, but I'm patiently waiting for the second :)

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this book!

 First I would like to congratulate Soraya Naomi on her novel! She delivered a good romantic tale with suspense, and action. Personally I loved the way she writes, I can picture everything as I keep reading the book.  The plot was so full of twists and turns, I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next. The characters were so relatable and the author does a wonderful job conveying their emotions as the book progressed. I fell in love with Luca!

Love books that can keep me on the edge of my seat. Maya and Ben are so perfect for each other. Put them together and it is explosive! All I can say is it will keep you up all night reading it. It is thrill seeking, sexy, hot, and mysterious all at the same time. I read with anticipation about what was going to happen next. Owning Her Innocence by Alexa Riley

This book won't be for everybody!

This book was short and very steamy. I had never read a book like this theme but boy I am open minded to new things. This one just hits the ground running, and you wont want to put this book down until you've finished it. It is seriously hot. This novella will definitely keep you hooked until the end, and my 2 only complaints are that I wish I got to see more of their story and not rushed. It did not match the females characters description to the cover female. I give it 5 stars. Well done Alexa Riley
