Kaycee's Tattered Spirit by KC Rice

Synopsis:
What do you do when you find yourself in love with two men at the same time? One being your husband, the other a faceless stranger. That's what Kaycee is wondering to herself. When she meets Mason on an online media sight, things just seem to click. Soon they become fast friends, but it doesn't stop there. Before long it becomes much more, as she falls deeply in love. Their chats become erotic, the fire burns deep within her core, awakening a side she never knew existed. Mason brings out her deepest desires and teaches her to spread her wings, as she realizes something has been missing in her life. But what about Shane, her husband? Their love a fairy tale, until he becomes controlling and abusive. Kaycee once again becomes tattered and bruised by Shane's actions over the years, as his demeanor worsens and he becomes abusive. The rips and bruises within Kaycee's spirit become more pronounced. She's ready to make a break, but fearful of what will come if she steps away from the only life she's ever known. Kaycee must decide. What will she do? Where will she go? Does Mason truly love her as he says? Or is it all lies? Will Mason hold true to his promises and stay by her side? Or will she be left all alone.

My Review:

Kaycee finds herself in an internet flirtation with a mystery man. Yet she is in a relationship please for those who do not like or read love triangles keep an open mind. At the end of the day it is a fiction story and there is not really a triangle in this book. So do not assume to early. What I did LOVE was some of the sentences used as a descriptive mood were very deep, passionate and intense. Let's say I am a lover for some good poetry! My only - critique is that the characters needed a little more detail for stronger character just so it can be as strong as the poetry. Other than that it was a wonderful READ!

My Body-His (My Body Trilogy Book 1) by Blakely Bennett

I love reading novels with BDSM and dark genre. This book definitely fits the description to the fullest and beyond.

Let me be clear this book it is very different than other books I have read. It is a very dark read and for some I will understand if you would find it disturbing. Do not forget it is fiction and the writing was perfection! From the first page to the last, I was enraptured by her journey and felt every emotion as I read. I give it 5 star!

Desire to Watch by Ashley Beckem

My review:

Do you want smut? The sex in this book is beyond anything hot as hell! I love that the characters were build carefully and well planned. Obviously a well written book for me! One of the things I really liked about this book was how it took the time to explore how the relationship worked between Jill and her husband. Boundaries were tested and the PLOT was perfectly executed!!!!! Good JOB

Dirty Ugly Toy by K Webster

Synopsis:

Her time is over.
Things are looking up.

She’s dirty and ugly.
He’s wicked but handsome.

Six months to toy with her.
Six months of vacation and a ton of money.

I’ll hurt her beyond repair.
I’ve been through much worse.

She's difficult to control and doesn't obey.
I'm done submitting to anyone or anything in this life.

I should hate her.
I should hate him.

The game has changed.
I will win.

Dirty Ugly Toy is a novel that blurs the lines of right and wrong, deals with abuse, contains dubious consent, and adult subject matter. If you are sensitive to violent sexual situations, the book may not be suitable for you. Some parts of this book are not easy to read and are not intended for everyone. However, those that keep an open mind and stick with it will not be disappointed.

My review:

I am a dark genre junkie. For sure this book is dark! That's a star. I love that it was well written. That's another star. I love that it captured me from the very beginning. That's another star. The sex scenes? It was hot, hot, hot! That's another star. I loved that Braxton was such a mystery. Another star!

I do have 1 thing that I did not like and that was that it was the same tone chapter after chapter. I felt that it could've been written on 1 POV if that makes sense. I needed the author to talk more manly.

But overall this book was amazing!

Congratulations!

For Cam by Soraya Naomi

Let's talk about the cover tho? Very nice and sexy.

My review:

First off, I would like to say... I WANT MORE RIGHT NOW! I thought this book was great, an filled with drama. Let me not mention the sex was off the hook.

Adriano is as hot and a very alpha character. Who doesn't like alpha males? Me? Well, I am weak for an alpha character.

The whole series it's awesome and Soraya does not disappoint. The mafia world is an intense story itself on it's own so I think the plot was magnificent. It does involve a lot of drama after drama but doesn't that kind of world does?
A great romance with action, suspense and plenty of steamy love scenes. Lots of twists and turns.

 Can not wait for more!

For Cam is the 4th of the Syndicate Series.

Twist Me by Anna Zaires

I give it a 4 star because it was well written.
I did not fell in love with the story. I am the queen of darkness genre but this story I needed feelings, emotions, a story  at the beginning on why she was kidnapped. I thought that she was to easy in letting him touch her violently to soon. She fell in love with him too soon for my taste. I also felt as the author wanted the hero to be another Christian Grey.
Although I know is FICTION I just needed more of a story from the beginning on his part I still gave it a 4.
