Book 2 was so much better than book 1 although both captivated me from beg to end. It was so good and well written. Full of angst and drama. It had my attention. I loved Garrett and the sweetest, surprise ENDING. No spoilers here so it was well worth it. Layla you did a great job, loved your writing. Waiting for Violets story now.

for me it got better as I read. I love this story from book 1 so it was a must to continue. I love the authors writing and I can not wait for her other books. It is full of angst and its definitely a dark series. but everyone's darkness is different. She created a story here and you should read it.

It was dark and I love dark. Well written and it flowed smoothly. It caught my attention and I couldn't stop reading. First book read by this author although I have her other ones downloaded on my kindle. I can not wait to get to them. very talented!
